The food was another highlight. There was an incredible variety of options, all of them delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a new experience. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. The staff consistently went above and beyond—always checking in to see if we needed anything, bringing food and drinks directly to us by the pool, and ensuring our comfort at all times. Our room was refreshed multiple times a day, with everything perfectly replenished without us ever needing to ask. The level of care extended into the restaurants as well. The team was incredibly attentive, always asking about dietary needs. My mother has sensitivity to spicy food, and they kindly customized her meals every single day with genuine care and enthusiasm. A special mention goes to Chef Antonio Hernandez, who made a lasting impression on us. He is not only a talented chef but also an incredibly kind and respectful person who truly cares about the guest experience. This was more than just a hotel stay—it was a memorable experience.
