"Let me begin by saying that Holiday Inn is one of my favorite places to stay and I know that I will definitely stay again. Staff is always friendly, polite, and professional Beds & pillow! always a superior nights sleep!! Breakfast is always great too I will admit that I am hyper-aware of my surrounding and with that being said, the property could use some upgrades or just cosmetic work. shower head was out of the wall--the wall mount needs to be remounted. obvious stains on the couch (a fabric cleaning machine from olly's will work wonders and its affordable)--I used a towel to cover the office chair, it was visibly dirty. The fridge needs to be replaced--once the parts are cracked and you can see the inner workings of the fridge, its time to replace it. There was hair everywhere, I am aware that hair flies, but try the sticky things, they pick up a lot of hair and flying debris"

"My recent stay at this property was average at best. While the facility and our room were clean—which we certainly appreciated—the room itself was incredibly basic and did not match the premium image or aesthetic that was advertised online. The staff met minimal professional requirements; they were polite and helpful when directly asked a question, but they lacked an "above and beyond" hospitality attitude. For instance, basic amenities were not communicated to us at arrival—I didn’t even find out the hotel offered complimentary coffee and rolls until we were literally checking out. Safety and peace of mind are incredibly important to us when traveling. The parking lot featured prominent signage stating "Park at your own risk; we are not responsible for your vehicle." Seeing that left my wife feeling unsettled and unsafe about the location of our car during the stay. Ultimately, my expectations were much higher based on the marketing, which is likely why the final experience felt disappointing. It’s a fine, clean place if you just need a basic spot to sleep, but don't expect a premium experience."

"We got there very early on check in day (10 AM) thankfully, our room was ready which was really helpful! The property is clean, but it is a bit run down. It needs some updates for sure. It was nice to have a few onsite restaurants, coffee shops and arcade/indoor pool! Especially since when we went, the weather was horrible. This kept my kids happy and entertained. Overall, I’d stay again!"

"The on site restaurant only served breakfast - even though they advertised to be open for lunch/dinner. Pool was over crowded and staff did not enforce pool rules for safety. Room was pretty clean. Bed not as comfy as I expected. Hoping to book again in the future when there is better weather."

"We had a very pleasant one-night stay in our room on the tenth floor. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bedding was wonderful—excellent mattress, cozy comforter, and a choice of four quite different pillows. The floor was quiet; I didn’t hear a sound until morning. If you book through a third-party, have your Hilton Honors account number ready at check-in or be prepared to pay for internet service in the room. The name on the Hilton membership/account must be the same as the name on the hotel reservation."
