We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. The hosts, Karl and Maria, are very friendly and helpful, gave us useful information on food opitons & trails when checking in Room (motel unit) was clean with full equipped kitchenette. The private Spa pool is a plus, relax after a full-day hiking. 」

「Major renovations going on. Couldn’t use outdoor area as they are renovating. Work started early in the mornings . One morning it was like a Jack hammer right outside our room. Would have been nice to have been notified about this before our stay, as we picked the room for the outdoor area, which could not be accessed. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. 」

「除了隔音稍微差一点，其他条件非常好，比我们在奥克兰的汽车旅馆都好，房间干净整洁，暖气老板开得很足，淋浴水很大，汤加里罗里地区寒冷，回来一个热水澡非常舒服！早餐也非常好吃，面包管饱，吃饱早饭去徒步，饭后消食~~嘿嘿~~回来在一个热水澡，酒吧里，来杯暖暖身子，生活美好也不过如此！」
