This is a gem of a hotel in the National Park Village. We loved the location, Spiral Restaurant and the communal gathering areas in the restaurant and bar. Everything was super clean, staff were capable and friendly. The views of the mountains at sunset in front of the hotel are special.

The room was clean and well-maintained, but it could benefit from better soundproofing, as noise from guests walking above was quite noticeable. Additionally, the rooms are on the smaller side, and while the lovely windows offer nice natural light, they lack privacy since passersby can easily see inside.
