「The room looked exactly like the pictures. However, there were hair in the shower, spiderwebs throughout the bedroom, mold in the bathroom and the hot water tap was leaking and super difficult to close/open. Staff were very friendly though. 」

「Good kitchen with stove and microwave but no microwaveable cooking dishes. Good internet and lighting. Hotel is on main road so some truck noise early in the evening. Close to the National park and shops. Compact room but adequate for a couple.」

「We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time. Hotels.com is definitely responsible to manifest a 10 out 10 rating in this hotel, it’s simply not that good! Strongly won’t suggest ladies and kids to stay alone. 」

「A wonderful stay at Mountain Heights Lodge, highly recommended. The hosts, Karl and Maria, are very friendly and helpful, gave us useful information on food opitons & trails when checking in Room (motel unit) was clean with full equipped kitchenette. The private Spa pool is a plus, relax after a full-day hiking. 」

「除了隔音稍微差一点，其他条件非常好，比我们在奥克兰的汽车旅馆都好，房间干净整洁，暖气老板开得很足，淋浴水很大，汤加里罗里地区寒冷，回来一个热水澡非常舒服！早餐也非常好吃，面包管饱，吃饱早饭去徒步，饭后消食~~嘿嘿~~回来在一个热水澡，酒吧里，来杯暖暖身子，生活美好也不过如此！」

「Great place to stop for your mountain adventure. A 3minute drive to everything in the city, parking easy in front of the room. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was cleaned after the first night, beds done and kitchen tidied up. Very clean and had everything we needed. Gave us tips regarding where to have breakfast. Looking forward to stay again next time we're in the area.Thank you!」
