「Great staff. Great room. Great breakfast. We had dinner out on the terrace. It was OK but quite expensive and unexciting. Everything else was exceptional.」

It caused issues with allergies and when asked the staff to clean it, the receptionist stated that was maintenance duties but they left for the day and wouldn’t be able to solve the issue until the next day and then I was given an even dirtier fan as a replacement.
