「Lovely stay. Staff go above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their time there. We were upgraded to the grace and savour rooms. Wonderful ! Very warm when it was freezing outside. Barman Ollie was incredibly friendly and informative . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the bar! 」

「We had a lovely stay and also met up with family members. Our room was fresh, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We had intended to use the spa facilities and the pool, which looked lovely but we ran out of time unfortunately ! We will return ! 「My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.」
