Hotel is perfectly adequate for a short stay. Clean, comfortable and staff are helpful. Unfortunately mobile reception is poor if you are in a lower level room.

Overnight accommodation for business trip.

One night stay, good night sleep in comfy bed, room is a good size, clean and tidy but a bit dated. Staff are polite and welcoming, restaurant serves good food and cold beer. I would stay at this hotel again if working on the area.

Dated, but comfortable

The hotel is located just outside West Brom, tucked down a side street away from traffic with a shop just across the way. There was plenty of parking in the secure car park. The room was slightly dated and seemed to be awaiting a refresh. Despite this, it was clean, warm (and not too hot), and had plenty of space. Staff were really friendly when we arrived, and continued to be attentive during our stay. Fresh towels were provided when required. Overall, a good place to stay, especially for the price.

Just as good as 5 yrs ago!

Great to stay here again after 5 yrs! Still v comfortable and convenient on the edge of Birmingham. Good car park, good buses into centre, and a great breakfast. We’ll be back.
