「We had a great stay at this historic hotel. Check in/check out was smooth. Great breakfast selection with hearty portion. Room is clean and bed is just the right firmness that you can wake up rejuvenated without backache. 「我入住了7天，認為酒店雖然沒有華麗的大堂，但整體的質素及服務是非常高。包括親切及有善的員工，房間向運河景色優美，清潔整齊的房間及大堂，早餐款式少但質量高，房間有Sky TV，步行到火車站及市中心只需八分鐘，處理問題迅速，我反映洗手盆去水慢，二小內已完全處理好。唯一的缺點是在晚間樓下的酒吧及食肆比較人多聲音有少少嘈，特別是在週末晚。 這是值得推介的酒店。」

Fairly quiet room/location, despite the accommodation being next to a dual carriageway. Easy access for getting a minicab to family in another town, as well as walking distance to local shops and amenities.
