Would like to praise staff - Puvan (staff who was cleaning), Kawalan and staff who was on duty on 11 Feb noon at the carpark gantry. They were especially courteous and helpful. They attempted to offer useful information on top of what we requested, even though their command of English was limited. They replied with a gesture (hand on their chest) when they wanted to convey...
