「We had a fantastic stay. Customer service was great. We loved that the resort not too large and so we could easily walk to different areas of it as needed. Perhaps the best part though was the food, in particular the Jamaican food. We were impressed with the variety of Jamaican dishes available. Everything was delicious and we never ran into any issues with food running out at any of the eating areas (which is usually a common issue we run into when we visit Jamaica)」

「Took for ever to get our room at check in, then when we got there the AC was not working and took forever to change our room went through 3 different people before we got a change of room...unbelievable!」

「The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. 「The location was beautiful. The resort is beautiful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and nice. The food was great. The beach was so clean and nice. The pools were nice. There were so many fun activities and so many people participating. It was an excellent place to stay and I would go back. 」
