I stay in a lot of 5 star hotels and this one is by far the best. The service is outstanding. Every single person who works at this hotel is genuinely nice and genuinely wants to be of service for you. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with a family or bigger party as well. The location comes with breakfast served in your room and a luxury rental as well. So your saving time and money by not having to deal with that. My wife has a gluten allergy and they went out of their way...

First time in Maui and first time staying at the Four Seasons and the experience was awesome. Hotel and staff are very helpful and nice throughout our stay. Complimentary bottles of water and Nespresso coffee/tea available in the room. Also, complimentary juice and water available in the lobby.. Resort has a adults only pool section for those that want to relax and want a quieter environment. The beach is very clean. Staff is always there to help and setup pool/beach chairs. Beach is not good. Very small swimming area. Lots of rocks even there. Need reef walkers. Hapuna beach state park is about 15 miles north of this hotel. That is a great beach.

This is a lovely place to stay with wonderful service. Breakfast is extra, parking is extra and late checkout is extra. All seem excessive in a room over $800 a night. The bed was not very comfortable. View of ocean from the room butalmostno beach. Food was not worth the. Price and would recommend going off property to eat.

The unit was clean and very well appointed. We had a villa on the top row of the complex in cluster 75. The views from the lanai were spectacular, especially at sunset! Shuttle service to the Grand Wailea was very convenient, as were access to the pool/towel facilities over there.

Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki was an experience I just have to share. Honestly, it was the customer service that blew me away – it's like they've set a whole new standard. Imagine rating them 100 out of 10; that's how good they were. When our bidet had an issue, they had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. Needed a remote? Boom, delivered in 30 minutes as well. The valet parking wasn't just convenient, it was lightning fast. But, let me tell you, the real MVPs of our stay were the staff....

They treated us like royalty. Private, beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer. The way the resort is set up its as though the beach is private, even though all public beaches in Hawaii are public. All of the staff knew my name, even those I hadn't talked to. All of the staff was great. The manager of Hoku's was the best.

This is easy. My wife and I are near 50 and have traveled to Hawaiian Islands five other times. We are able to travel a lot and have stayed in hotels on 6 continents.
We agree that Koa Kea is the BEST place either of us has ever stayed! If you have kids and want a water park, go next door to the Sheraton or the Marriot. If you want peaceful, beautiful, couples luxury with a superlative staff and facilities and a top notch restaurant, GO to this boutique hotel. We will DEFINITELY go back...

We originally stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa village and were scheduled for 10nights. However upon arrival we were unimpressed and had a depressing feeling due to the run down nature of the hotel. It's hard to put a finger on it but felt like an old amusement park. My wife and I decided to tour other resorts. We drove to the Fairmont and we loved it. We also looked at the HapunaPrince and didn't really like it much. We switched our reservation to Fairmont and cancelled the remaining stay at the...

Such an incredible stay! Just returned and it was everything I wanted in our vacation. Such a relaxing resort, beautiful grounds, amazing rooms, two large pools, plenty of space to roam around, beautiful pond with ducks, bikes available to bike around, delicious food, an awesome gym, snorkeling right from the shore….I can go on and on! We were so sad to leave and wish the Rosewood Kona so much success. Part of me doesn’t want to see it get busy so it’ll always be as quiet as it was during our...

We arrived and was very impress with the hotel to include staff at the Buffet breakfast place, concierge, Valet, and housekeeping. GOOD JOB !!! Everyone was at par and professional.
The disappointing part was attending the Time Share presentation. The Presenter was very friendly and professional until we met the"TO" staff who gave us some options to buy in a Westin Time Share program. It actually was very interesting until we mentioned we wanted to think about the program considering it is a...

For some reason because it had the word "Hotel" in its name I didn't have great expectations. However, the entire place is like a very high end NEW resort. The room was ridiculously nice. It was like a nice sized one bedroom apartment (NOT a studio). The oversized shower area is super cool with a rain shower head. The kitchen had Sub-Zero drawer fridge and freezer. It had a Nespresso machine with capsules (the best coffee you can drink!!). You would be hard-pressed to find a finer room...
