"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "I liked the fact that there’s so many different types of sun loungers, on the beach, on the decking overlooking the beach or around the pool or on the pool, bean bags and cabanas. The food is excellent and drinks are typical all inclusive but staff are so friendly and helpful, they just seem to enjoy making your holiday special. We even had a birthday cake and champagne left in our room, such a lovely gesture."
