Location is perfect for Athens. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, rooftop bar was fun, and staff at the desk were extremely helpful. I did not have breakfast so can’t rate this but will stay here again if I return to Athens. Loved it.

Our room at Athens Tower was roomy and clean. It had a nice, updated bathroom with a wonderful shower. The bed and pillows were fine. Its location was fantastic. We walked to everything, including the Acropolis. The street entrance isn't the best as it is shared with other businesses, but once you get into the alcove of the reception area it is nice. The small elevators were surprisingly quick. On that note, we did experience quite a bit of guest noise since we were the first room from the elevators. Those in other rooms may not have experienced that. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful! We had issues with our prepaid taxis and they helped resolve them. Even during busy check in/out time they were professional and kind. We really enjoyed their rooftop restaurant, especially for Acropolis views. The restaurant doesn't seem high end, but the food was good and the staff was friendly. We had breakfast with the hotel. It had something for everyone.

The location of the property was good—walking distance to many major tourist attractions, including Psiri, Plaka and the Acropolis, and very central overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself appeared clean at first glance. However, the surrounding area downstairs was extremely busy and quite dirty, which made it feel a little too “in the thick of it.” The biggest issue during my stay, unfortunately, was the presence of bed bugs. This really affected my overall experience and made the stay far less pleasant than I had hoped.

The positives: Rooms and bathroom were new and clean, good bed. Our junior suite was large. Service was good. It is centrally located next to Monastekiri square, the area where the Greek agora is, full of restaurants, is very nice. Breakfast was good. The Negatives: No closet, no drawers, just a badly designed rail with open shelves. What is terrible is the hotel entrance before you get to the lobby, the entrance is very ugly in a dirty part of the street. The elevators were old and small.
