The staff are very kind and efficient, the top floor has a most beautiful view, it can see the Arcropolis directly, you can choose it for the breakfast and dinner. A little but noise because it’s in the center of the Athens, and nearby Arcropolis. You can take a Uber just about 10 minutes, there’s a subway just walk out of the hotel 2minutes. You can walk to Hondors Center to shopping for walking 8minutes. The only one point , the bathroom is small, shower room is narrow.

We had stayed at this hotel previously and our experience was great. This time it looks like the hotel standards went down. It does not seem like a four star anymore. Room was not very clean, had a terrible view, shower was clogged and was very small. After a lot of complaints we were able to change our room to a better one. There were still a lot of broken things in the room and wallpaper was coming off etc. There was construction in the room beside us so there was a lot of noise throughout the day. Metro is just outside the hotel entrance so very convenient. I’m not sure if I will stay here again though.

Ideally located 2 mins from the Metro and 20 mins walk from the beautiful Acropolis. Featuring a nicely designed rooftop bar and resteraunt with panoramic views; only The Wyndham Hotel impinging on the view to the Acropolis. Food / drink was reasonably priced and had a great selection of dishes including Vegetarian choices; also an excellent choice of wines and cocktails. Nevertheless, even at quiet times, Service is 'unhurried'... The Deluxe Room is / was barely adequate. I don't know what filters and lenses they used to 'big-up' my room and Shower-room. The shower-room: Clean but barely functional. The corner shower cubicle was not as shown and as a barely 70cm × 70cm equilateral triangle; actually washing yourself is challenging. On more than one occasion I knocked the shower thermostat control to either freezing or scalding hot. If you weigh more than 70kg it will be dangerously tight for you. The hotel itself has a shallow rooftop pool; sun lounger etc; a gym and decent lobby area. However, from day one, we were missing amenities such as barhrobes. On day 2 we were left with no towels but a complimentary damp cleaning cloth on the bed pillow. It took 2 complaints including 1 in person, for us to finally be brought towels. On a more positive note, the reception staff were pleasant and de-escalatory. Be aware, works were taking place at the hotel during our visit; heavy banging and drilling; from about 645am... Just as well we were up at 7am each day. Breakfast - Superb

Staff were helpful, breakfast nice, view from 9th floor amazing! The only bad thing was that there was a renovation starting at 9am… when some people still wanted to sleep. Also it was very noisy around the hotel (collecting rubbish glass at 1am). In the bathroom - shower panel was not closing properly so the floor was full of water

I loved everything. I was told it was a bad area to live by my tour guide, but I loved the area and the view and my hotel room. The electricity was confusing and the floors weren’t fully clean and I saw like 3 black dots I had to swipe off my bed, but besides that the room had heating and a balcony and I enjoyed everything even the restaurant and bar and the pool is so beautiful

Piscine avec une vue a couper le souffle, on y fait des longueurs avec la vue sur l'acropole / Parthénon. Si l'eau est un peu fraiche en cette fin février la piscine chauffée reste agréable après une journée de visites et balades. Des restaurants autour mais ce n'est pas le plus beau quartier d'Athènes, mais il y a une grande place et plein de restaurants a 10 15minutes a pieds, et le centre ville et les visites sont à 20 35minutes.

Lovely clean rooms, fantastic breakfast and friendly helpful staff. The local area leaves a bit to be desired at night but we never felt unsafe or had an issue. Local coffee shops and eateries nearby with a metro and open top bus stop directly outside the hotel. Lovely pool and bar on the roof with acropolis views.

The property was generally very good. Negatives: The gym and sauna let it down and the roof top pool is quite small considering the size of the hotel. The breakfast is quite cheap and unhealthy Positives: the location is excellent with public transport near by but also very walkable. The food was excellent for lunch and dinner. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Rooms are really nice and cleaned every day. Stunning views from the bar and poor area.

The Hotel is a great place to stay. Breakfast is very good. The Dinner and Drinks in the Hotel Restaurant on the 9th floor are delicious. You have a Metro Station in front of the Hotel. So you can get easily to the City Center. If you have light sleep I would recommend to bring some ear plugs for noice cancellation because if the room is located to the Main Street it can be noisy in the night.

Katerina and Kleopatra were amazing ! They made our stay exceptional . Attentive and respectful and friendly . Provided great recommendations as well . Looking forward to returning in the future . The hotel was clean and comfortable and had great food and bar service . Pool rooftop was beautiful and offered a great view.

The rooftop pool and terrace with a full view of the Acropolis are absolutely stunning — this is definitely the hotel’s strongest feature. The location is also convenient. However, the rooms did not match that same standard. The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable because of the gap in the middle. The marble flooring felt cold and not very cozy. The biggest issue was the poor sound insulation — we could clearly hear noise from the corridor and outside, which made it difficult to sleep. There was also renovation work during our stay, and we were woken up by noise starting from 9am. We also had a late check-in, and unfortunately the receptionist was not very welcoming, which didn’t create the best first impression. The view is impressive, but overall the room comfort, noise level, and service did not fully meet our expectations
