Great going off season because it wasn’t crowded and weather was 50-55* still! Wish I could’ve swam though. Parts of Santorini are closed off season but still tons of restaurants and shops are open!

Beautiful Island but off season and holiday when we visited so most shops and resturants were closed... bonus.... here were no crowds. And it was very quiet.
