"There was an emergency situation with an earthquake and thousands evacuating. Airlines refunded nonrefundable flights and travelers who were in Santorini were required to avoid any areas near water or dangers of rockslides: areas where tourists visiting would have wanted to experience. The hotel refused to refund the deposit, even under these dire circumstances."

"We stayed at Phaos Oia Suites for 3 nights in May. It was a comfortable stay , the suite was very spacious and clean . There were some issues with the main door and hot water . The owner was very quick and responsive to all our questions/concerns . It was solved in an efficient manner. The location was great , with breathtaking views !
