"I can not begin to tell you how wonderful this place is. The staff was amazing from cleaning ladies, the driver, and front desk ladies. One of the nicest budget hotels in Europe. They helped with all needs and even ordered food for delivery for us. Would stay here again anytime we are in the area!"

"We stayed at Volcano View Hotel after renting a car and driving from the airport. Overall this hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. The view is magical, especially if your room faces the ocean. The pool area is beautifully designed: you can swim, relax, and sunbathe while looking out at the ocean through the glass. Our room was very nice, fresh, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything was changed and taken care of properly. We also really liked the gym. It was clean, high quality, and had very good equipment. The front desk staff were outstanding. During check-in, check-out, and whenever we had questions, they were kind, patient, and happy to help. They gave us useful local advice, restaurant suggestions, and explained traditions and details that are hard to find online. The hotel restaurant itself was good, and the buffet was very tasty. However, the only disappointing part was the attitude of some of the girls working in the restaurant. A few times they seemed unfriendly and impatient, and looked at us as if we were doing something wrong. As visitors, we may not always know local customs, but we would expect more kindness and understanding. After two or three uncomfortable experiences, we stopped eating there and chose other restaurants. I hope the hotel management speaks with the restaurant staff and helps them become more welcoming and professional. This was the only negative point in an otherwise beautiful and high-quality hotel experience."

"Excellent location and gorgeous views. This area is ideal if you want somewhere with the same feel as Oia but a little quieter with some good restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can also walk into Fira in 20 minutes. Pool is divine and staff are lovely. Rooms are spacious, wouldn’t say you need the outdoor jetted tub. We wouldn’t opt for this if we return."

"The view was spectacular. It was very convenient and welcoming to have breakfast brought to our deck every morning. The manager/concierge Georgia was very helpful finding restaurants, interesting places and arranging for things for us to do. For example, we went on a lovely sunset catamaran cruise . She made our stay extra special."
