"The hotel and its amenities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The location is beautiful, and the pools offer breathtaking views, making it a wonderful place to relax and experience Santorini.
The only downside is that walking outside the hotel can be quite challenging. The road beside the hotel has no sidewalk, and cars travel quickly along the narrow roadway, which can be especially dangerous after sunset. It would be a great improvement if the hotel could offer a shuttle service to a few central locations in Fira, allowing guests to travel more safely and conveniently.
Otherwise, I strongly recommend renting a car or using taxis rather than walking, especially in the evening."
