「This lovely property is in a great location, away from tourist crowds and yet walkable to most everything. Breakfast was ample and delicious and served in a beautiful setting overlooking the caldera/ sea. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large, clean and with comfortable beds. We were so impressed with the whole experience and we highly recommend this hotel. 」

「今次是一個不愉快的經歷！我預訂此酒店時稱會到時才付款，共180歐羅的。當到達後如常入住，直至第2天，突然收到銀行訊息，酒店已過數190歐羅，於是向職員查詢(1)點解未曾征询我的同意就用我的VISA過數，因我原本想付現金的。(2)為何收取多10元歐羅？而職員當時回覆稱因我預訂時留下VISA Card資料才過數，該10元歐羅是我發咭銀行的。職員並拒绝我要求改為付現金。 我返回香港後向銀行查詢是酒店要求付190元歐羅，而並不是銀行收取的，這事另我十分氣憤，並已向hotels.com投訴，調查仍進行中，希望能給我一個滿意的答覆吧！」

「This is really beautiful hotel, so clean and the view is amazing, make sure to book the room with hot tub because it is bigger than the others. Konstantina ( the receptionist ) was so helpful, staff was soo professional and great.. Highly recommended 」

「View and interior design is nice, very clean room and nice breakfast, tho may not easy to park and require a 5-10 mins walk of steep road, be aware of you have many luggage. Only few stores and restaurant nearby, but I will say it worth the stay for its sunset view and chill vibe of the room!」
