「We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

「Best resort I have ever stayed in! Extremely attentive, kind, and accommodating staff. Breakfast was fantastic with many options. They treated us so special as we celebrated our dad’s birthday. They have a free shuttle to Fira and the beach which was so helpful. Rooms are very clean! 10/10 would recommend and we will be returning.」

「Es hat alles gestimmt. Zimmer, Frühstück, Personal, Strand, Gym, ... Auch wenn die Anlage ausgebucht war, so hat man nie einen Platz suchen müssen. Ich fand es besonders angenehm, dass es kein Buffet gab.」

「View and interior design is nice, very clean room and nice breakfast, tho may not easy to park and require a 5-10 mins walk of steep road, be aware of you have many luggage. Only few stores and restaurant nearby, but I will say it worth the stay for its sunset view and chill vibe of the room!」

「Check in was a bit confusing as there was no specific check in or reception counter. Luckily we came just before 7pm as a staff seems to be leaving and got us checked in. Room was small but adequate and also had a kitchenette and balcony with nice view to the sea. Breakfast was also adequate with some homemade pastries. The staff that checked us in was very nice and friendly. 」
