"A great place to stay and explore Santorini - we loved being on the quieter side of the island. Public buses were a bit hit and miss so be prepared to pay €40+ for taxi rides! Having the choice of communal pools in addition to our own private pool on our terrace was great! Staff were super helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The complementary yoga sessions were a nice touch too. Breakfast was ok, not the best in terms of appealing choices but the watermelon and brown seeded bread were delicious! We loved our room and the location of the hotel and would definitely return here. Having the beach and so many restaurants close by made things very easy. Thank you Antoperla for a wonderful stay!"

"The constant mopping and sweeping of the pool area became annoying. Perhaps some more interaction with customers and less mopping would be better. Please be advised on our last day, our flight was not until 11pm. I was asked to leave the pool and just use the sun bed only. I was the only person in the pool. This left a sour taste."

"Sea Breeze Santorini was the perfect resort for our 8 night stay in Greece for our 4 (5 year old son and 14 year old daughter). I gave it a 5 star review for several reasons, even though, I did feel some amenities fell short of 5*. So, having a "resort" type hotel to come back to was important and this hotel checked all of those boxes. The hotel was gracious and gave a 2 bedroom villa so we had plenty of space to spread out as a family. For a 5 star hotel, however, I would have expected the hotel rooms to be nicer and more to a 5 star level. The bathrooms were very small. We have stayed at 5 star hotels around the world, and even thought this really is a great hotel, we struggled to see that ultra luxury 5 star level. The location was great for us. Located at the south part of island near Perissa, which we discovered the food and black beaches were incredible. The staff at Sea Breeze was 10/10 and really made this experience a 5 star! In particular, our trip would not have been as amazing as it was without Panos, the driver at Sea Breeze. He single handedly made our trip experience 5 stars. He showed us the entire island from town to town every single day! Sea Breeze is lucky to have him on their staff. Sea Breeze would not be the same without him! He made the kids feel comfortable and excited to go on the next adventure! The office staff, and restaurant staff were also great! Combining the staff and overall trip experience, we chose to still give this a 5 star rating!"

"My friend and I stayed at Smaragdi Hotel in Perissa from July 25–29, 2026, and had an amazing experience. The entire property was clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, especially with arranging transportation. A helpful tip: if you book a transfer to Fira or Oia, make sure you also arrange your return. We didn’t realize everything closes around midnight, and late‑night taxis charge premium rates—we paid about €20 extra because we hadn’t pre‑booked. While there’s no room service, breakfast can be added to your stay. The hotel also has a convenient vending machine stocked with snacks, drinks, water, and alcoholic beverages. The location is excellent—just half a block from Perissa’s black sand beach and close to many restaurants and a small supermarket for snacks or essentials. We had no complaints at all. Smaragdi Hotel is perfect if you’re cost‑conscious but still want a clean, safe, and pretty place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely book it again."

"The property is immaculately clean smells so fresh and the bedlinen and towels smells so beautiful feels like home. There was two cold bottled water in the fridge and fruits as a complimentary which we really appreciated. Staff are welcoming and flexible to our check in times.Siphos waited for us till almost 9pm and welcomed us warmly . The reception staff are approachable and quite quick to responds to our minor concerns. Parking is big and a lot of spaces for the guest. Air conditioning is quiet and temperature is well maintained. Thank you Peranosa for our beautiful experience and holiday in Santorini"
