We cannot say enough good things about our stay here. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They were incredibly accommodating and genuinely generous in every sense, always checking in to see if we needed anything and making sure everything was just right. We’ve stayed in many places, but never have we had a better experience than this one. The warmth and care from the team made all the difference. This hotel sets the bar. Easy 10 out of 10, we’d come back in a heartbeat.

We arrived early in the morning the room was not ready which we knew that would happen. The front person held our items provided sights to see. It was great plus the room was ready by 12pm. Roof top restaurant had a great view, waiter was pleasant and food great.

Super stay at Pinnacle Athens. Excellent breakfast served and a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. Staff was very friendly and excellent service. Location was great, lots of shopping. We walked back from the Acropolis. They packed us a bag breakfast for very early flight. Beyond expectations!

We said for 1 night had a morning flight. We were in Athens before so we knew the area. Convenient area with many dining and shopping choices. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. They only negative was the walk-in shower area was quite small. But overall fine

Check-in at the reception was quick and smooth. Although we arrived early, the staff kindly arranged for us to store our luggage and even delivered it to our room so we could start exploring the city right away. Their hospitality was outstanding. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk from major attractions. I highly recommend visiting the rooftop in the evening for a panoramic view of the city. We only stayed for one night, but I would absolutely choose this hotel again if we return to Greece.

The 5-star rating of this hotel on Expedia is a scam. It is a 2-star hotel. Small reception with 1 person. Tiny elevator. Everything in the room is cheap. The pillow is super hard. The tooth paste is tiny only good for one squeeze.

What a wonderful hotel. First, they were so accommodating with getting us in the room early. The reached out asking our arrival time as well as offering to arrange transportation if needed. We had a great room with a queen and twin bed. We were leaving early so they delivered breakfast the evening before. The offer rooftop dining and allowed us to sit up there to enjoy the view. Every staff member was kind, helpful and welcoming!

Great location & friendly staff. Pinnacle Athens provided a rare 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Suite for our family of 5. While the condition of the suite was just good, the other attributes make this a find. The view of the Parthenon from the rooftop bar is stunning, the breakfast buffet was great, and the location is convenient to the Acropolis, Archeological Museum & Parliament. The staff booked us a last minute airport transfer - taxis only fit 4 - so this was a big help for the 5 of us.
