Staff was super friendly. Room was nice and clean and the views from the roof were amazing . It was close to shopping and restaurant's (walking distance). The only thing was the city had construction on the street, during our stay. Limited access.

La chambre est très agréable, décorée avec goût, la literie est parfaite***** !! Le personnel est à l'écoute et très disponible. Chaque personne est polie, bienveillante et vraiment à votre entière disposition. Le ménage est fait avec précision et soin. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est 5* ! Vraiment ces dames sont très agréables, efficaces et à l'écoute. Le personnel de la réception est aussi vraiment serviable, bienveillant et fait tout pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. L' hôtel est vraiment bien placé, 15mn à pieds de L'Acropole, 10 mn du métro Monastiraki, 1 mn du marché central d'Athènes. Et le meilleur pour la fin : le toit terrasse de l' hôtel où l'on peut prendre son petit déjeuner en admirant l'Acropole 😍 Je recommande cet hôtel à 200%

Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a smoke smell that seemed to be covered with a strong artificial fragrance. The odor did not smell fresh and was quite overpowering. While there was a distinct scent in the hotel in general, the smell was significantly stronger inside my room. I stayed for no more than two hours, as the smell made me feel physically unwell, and I had to leave to find another hotel. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a refund, I was charged for the full three-night stay. The reception staff was polite and courteous; however, that alone does not justify a 5-star rating. The lobby is small, and there is ongoing road construction next to the hotel, which further detracts from the overall experience. Based on my experience, I would not consider this a true 5-star hotel. Guests who are sensitive to smell or strong fragrances, may wish to consider alternative accommodations.

My family of 3 stay in the studio suite @ The Pinnacle was excellent. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful, always welcoming guests with a smile. Our studio suite was cosy and even had a microwave (wasn’t expecting one) which was convenient for us to heat up leftover food. Housekeeping service was also excellent and prompt. The decorative items in the room were unique too! Bought a few pieces to bring back home. Plus factor was also near many shops and restaurants which was near walking distance. We will bring home wonderful memories of our stay @ The Pinnacle.

The Pinnacle Athens was a surprise. I wish I had them arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. We did have them arrange transportation from the Hotel to the port for our cruise. Could not have asked for anything nicer. Location was right in the heart of everything, but at first it felt sketchy cause of the road closed for construction. Hotel staff did everything to ensure that we had an excellent experience. They even made reservations for a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby which was a highlight of our stay. Our friends stayed there at the end of their cruise after seeing how nice and where we were at. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks expedia for the suggestion.

The hotel is in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping areas are a walking distance. Going to points of interests is easy. It is walkable. The train station is also nearby. The front desk and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Breakfast was great. We received very good service! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here in our next trip to Athens!

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Our room was clean and beautiful. Our location was walking distance to Acroplosis and all the sites. You do not need a car. Uber works if you do. The staff was top notch and very professional. Yorta, Spanos, Nick and Thanos was awesome. Martha ran the delicious breakfast everyday. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary. What a great time. Thank you!!!

Everything was wonderful. From the minute we came through the front door to the time we left the following day everything and everyone was fabulous. So personable and willing to help however they could. The breakfast was delicious too! Loved our suite and time at the hotel.

Hotel boutique muy bueno. El personal de recepción muy atento. Se encargaron de llevar las maletas a la habitación mientras hacíamos el check-in, también nos dieron algunas golosinas al llegar, un cupón de descuento para el bar y una hoja con frases básicas en griego y su pronunciación; todos son muy buenos detalles que se agradecen. Esta muy bien ubicado, a unas cuadras de la plaza Monastiraki. Se puede llegar caminando a la zona de Plaka y a la Acrópolis. No desayunamos en el hotel porque en la zona hay muchas opciones. El único inconveniente es el tamaño de la ducha, que es reducido, pero tolerable. En general fue una estancia muy agradable.
