「Location is good and requires 10-15 mins walk from the port and bus station. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. Staff are friendly and polite. Room is not big but it is very well furnished and clean. Balcony is great and beautiful. Buffet breakfast is great too. Recommended to stay in this hotel in Parikia.」

There were a few stairs but nothing too steep. There is NO parking anywhere close to the suite, and the only access is via the alley. If you want an authentic Greek experience, this is it.
