"We were a family of three visiting Paris. This is a clean, modern hotel in a great location close to cafes, Metro, and the sights at Ile St. Louis. We enjoyed the courtyard for some off-street outdoor time. The breakfast room was a bit crowded, but the food and service were awesome. Overall great location and cool atmosphere."

"Every morning at 7 am the construction would start. This was outside of the hotel but was loud and annoying. They were also working inside the hotel and the pounding started early and could be here in the bedroom area. Not a very soundproof hotel either. When the family in the room above us came in late, they would be stamping around loudly. They also had a child that ran back and forth until 3 am. "Great location - rooms on the small side but understandable considering its a city centre. Lacks amenities such as a pool, sauna etc but has a great breakfast. Really nice to have an egg man and a fresh juice station + the kids liked the popcorn given out in reception. Little touches make a difference - only downside was the marathon was taking place the day we arrived and the hotel didn't advise us that taxi's wouldn't be able to access the city "

"We thought the location was perfect and right beside a well known Kozy cafe. They had an adapter needed for my hair appliances. The front desk people were friendly. We would skip the breakfast option next time, there were just coffee pods, not a carafe of fresh brew, and the ham was cold meat. The bakery items were delicious."

"The hotel lobby is being painted during our stay. Coffee and tea are available at the lobby 24 hours. Shops and restaurants are abundant in the area. The cover picture of the hotel should not show the Passage because it is misleading to the customers. I thought that the hotel is within the passage but not true, but it is walkable. "
