"Positives: location, well decorated room, breakfast was adequate. Negative: Unfortunately I was given a room that was placed in between the breakfast area and an office. This meant that each morning of my stay I was abruptly woken up at 6:30am when the staff were having very loud conversations between the two locations. I raised this with the reception staff and they did nothing to fix the situation... however, on my arrival i was "upgraded" to a Garden View, so my suspicion is that the previous...

"I loved the whole stay. There was a young man that handled all my questions, carried my luggage, directed me to things to do and go. I’ve misplaced his card!!! I’d b like to personally thank him. You don’t find genuine people often and he was! The staff were good the food was excellent. My room with the ocean view, prefect! Walking the promenade everyday and watching the French stroll, was fabulous. Such a fun spot to visit, close to Monaco, Monte Carlo’s and a comfortable drive from Toulouse....

"This place has a great location in the center of the city, everything is within walking distance. We rented a car and the Grimaldi parking lot was 5 blocks away, one of the pluses was the elevator. One of the bad things is the SEVERE problem they have with the sewer system, the only way you can sleep here is if you open the window to the outside, I imagine if you get a bedroom with no windows to open it is going to be impossible to sleep there because the sewage odor was really STRONG and...

"We had a nice 1st floor sea view room. View was great but the street noise can be loud. Had a nice massage at the spa. Inside Bar overlooking the water is nice with huge plate glass windows. Small workout room with a few machines and 25lb and under weights. Friendly & helpful staff. "
