Got you — here’s a clean, natural guest-style review you can post: ⸻ I had a great stay at the Palm Boutique Hotel in Nice. The location was perfect and made it really easy to get around. The concierge was super friendly and helpful the whole time, which made the trip even better. Overall, just a really comfortable place to stay and an ideal spot for a weekend in Nice. This lovely small hotel has really thought of every to insure you have a super stay in Nice ! The lovely owner is very helpful as is all the staff I encountered there on my stay .Comfortable bed , ac and an elevator too ….I recommend the light breakfast as a way to start your day . We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great for the beach, shops and restaurants and was easily walkable to the train station for day trips too. The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly! We had an issue with our flight being cancelled and the staff were so helpful moving stuff around so we could stay in our room a few extra nights! This is a great base for exploring Nice and further afield and we would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for three nights. The location is superb. Right at the center of Nice, you can walk to almost anywhere: the breach, shopping, and many great restaurants nearby. Also 5 min walk to the tram that takes you to the airport and 10 min walk to the train station. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The room was basic but clean and quiet.
