「Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich abgelegt und an vielen Ecken abgenutzt (Badefliesen lose, Schubladen, die nicht richtig schließen, Deko, die teilweise kaputt ist etc.). Schade, denn eigentlich ist die Unterkunft (Burg) sehr gut für eine originelle Art der Übernachtung. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück isst man am besten von der Karte, da die Büffetauswahl doch sehr eingeschränkt ist.」

「The room was extremely small. It was especially hard to maneuver in the bathroom. I had requested housekeeping every day and all they really did was change out the towels. The bathroom sink did not drain well and by the end of the week it was filthy.」

With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom」

「This was a nice wayside hotel for a night or two. The young lady at the front counter who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. She even offered to help us carry our luggage from our car into the hotel. Now that's great service! It rained heavily one night and a lake formed on the north side of the parking area. We had to wait a few hours for the water to subside in order to recover our car. The parking area is shared by a few businesses, and unfortunately, there are large lorries that...
