「It met my expectations, if you consider the price. The only thing that didn’t quite match my expectation was for breakfast options. That may be expedia’s fault in picking up on the wrong info about the property. The breakfast is only instant coffee , some fruits and super basic pastry. Which would have been just fine if it was clearer when booking 」

「The property itself is stunning,its oldy meets new loved it so beautiful,staff are amazing,especially the young girl who took our dinner order,she was so polite and lovely,I didn't get her name. Morning breakfast full breaky not a fan,should have stuck to the scrambled egg which hubby had and really enjoyed,the young lad Josh was so nice very friendly and funny.😁would definitely recommend this beautiful castle(hotel)to anyone whose thinking of booking.」

「The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am.」

「Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. For disabled requirements a bit misleading as there are none. Staff helpful and some EV charging available not shown on website.」

「La propiedad está ubicado en un suburbio bastante agradable y silencioso, a 5 minutos de la parada de autobus urbano que conecta con Edimburgo, las instalaciones están en condiciones óptimas así como la limpieza, el staff siempre fue muy amable y brincando información útil, cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito y un pub que no pudimos visitar debido a nuestras actividades. Excelente lugar para descansar y con precio muy accesible si no pretendes quedarte en el centro de Edimburgo」

「There’s free coffee near the Reception! It’s a great location if you have a car and would like to take the train in Edinburgh and sample many whiskys. A very walkable town.」
