"Given free upgrade as I was celebrating my birthday. Room was huge! All staff were lovely, really made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Central location with parking provided so need to use the car once there. Would definitely stay again."

"Arrived early to get car parked wasn’t expecting to check in, just to book the car In on the monitor at reception . However the reception had a room ready so we were able to take our bags up to our room. It was a Lovely spacious room - very comfortable bed, bathroom radiator was very warm during the night couldn’t turn it down, but bedroom was a nice temperature. Breakfast also very good no veggie sausage option and I didn’t ask, but plenty of other choices instead. Unfortunate that there is a car park charge unless you book direct with hotel and also if you want to use the spa facilities. However overall enjoyed the stay."
