「Yes to both. Room very clean. Staff friendly. We have two concerns. The main one was that the lift wasn't working and none of the rooms were on the ground, or first, floor. We weren't warned of this beforehand. There were also steps outside down to get to the hotel part and up to get to the restaurant part. Also, we found the room very very hot overnight and couldn't do anything about it. Otherwise fine.」

「We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Boclair - the building is a lovely art deco style building. Very clean, great room and a lovely breakfast. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. We had a great chat with Brendan on the front desk and we would highly recommend the hotel. 」

「A little gem in Scotland all off grid and powered by solar and wood burners. Excellent deco and facilities with no 3 pin electric socket so no tv and the perfect place to chill and relax especially in the wood fired hot tub. Gordon had it all fired up and by the time we had stoked it too the thermostat was showing 90 degrees and we sat like prunes for 2hrs even when it rained and sleeted it didn’t ruin the relaxation of sitting their looking over the countryside to Loch Lomond. 「This place is absolutely beautiful. The beds are very comfy, the hosts are incredible, they were in touch to make sure everything is OK and if we needed anything. The whole place is very very clean. It is so homely, I definitely recommend it, and would certainly book it again over any hotel anytime! Thank you so much」

「飯店位於火車站不遠的地方，挺好找的。面河岸景觀不錯。還贈送了迎賓的水和巧克力糖🍫（在英國如果不是五星飯店不是所有飯店都是這樣的，通常只有茶包、咖啡包、糖包）。同時能提供提前線上check-in & out節省時間。按照樓層圖示標註有某些樓面應該要提自動製冰機，但每層都去過後才發現自動製冰機沒有插電運作。最後還是回到飯店內的酒吧順利拿到裝著冰塊的冰桶。酒吧內的員工態度很好。以前總以為在飯店內用餐會比外面的餐飲貴很多，但在這間酒吧旁附設的餐廳其實不然。味道不錯挺好吃的，價格也相對合理。如果你已經在外玩得很累了，不想再出門的話會是一種好的推薦。」
