We mostly enjoyed the stay, loved the concept, cannot fault the rooms.
The design was wonderful.
For me it was between the Clayton and Adagio,- it was the same price for that weekend. we went for Adagio because of the welcoming of pets, and the eco friendly value really pushed it for us, with the price being similar.
We loved the fact that we could bring our pets next time and the facility was super clean.
The only downfall was the reception.
There was rolling eyes and huffing when we asked to put our bags in the luggage hold before our train.
We only asked because a receptionist suggested we could.
Having to scan your room card to get in the lift to the rooms, every, single, time was not efficient.
All in all- 4 Stars, if you don’t expect hospitality.
