Nice room. 4pm check in time is unusual for Glasgow as is 11am check out. Reception staff need some customer service training. Hotel is nice enough but for the price there are much nicer hotels in Glasgow.

Good stay, nice room and quiet

Overall we had a really great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and quiet, and the pool facilities were good. The location was ideal for getting into the centre of Glasgow but wasn’t noisy or too busy. The room was maybe a little tired in a couple of places and the aircon seemed to have a weird issue where it was constantly coming on and off, but they didn’t detract from the stay. We would certainly come back.
