"This was a great hotel in a great location. We could not have asked for better service. The only negative was the view, we paid for a city view and because of all of the work going on in Manchester we mostly saw building sites. This cannot be helped by the hotel at all and other than that our stay was perfect."

"Our stay at The Waldorf Hilton, London was excellent from start to finish. The check in staff were polite, welcoming and efficient. The room was ready despite us arriving before the check in time. Whilst the room was on the small side, with a view of a brick wall, it was perfectly functional and very clean. We didn't dine in the hotel but we did use both bars and found the staff very friendly and engaging with a depth of knowledge of the drinks menu. The hotel is in a very central position. Would highly recommend"
