Awesome customer service very kind people 🙏I'm very grateful with them.. clean rooms cleaning services daily. It was an great experience 💯 fifteen minutes away Eiffel Tower and five minutes walking to Arc of triumph where you can find a lot of nice restaurants and cafeterias

Excellent location, on a road full of classically French businesses such as patisseries, cafe bars, chocolatier, fruit & veg stalls, fromagier, mini market etc Nice clean hotel, rooms very good and cleaned daily should you wish. My on reception is lovely too, loved our 5 day stay here.

Overal a very pleasant stay. The room was great for our family of 4 and location was excellent, walkable to lots of places. It was clean and comfortable and was cleaned and tidied every day. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, continental style with enough options. My only negative point was that there was no thermostat on one of the radiators in the downstairs section, so it just constantly blasting out making the room overly warm. The desk staff were unable to fix and nothing was done in the 3 nights we stayed despite asking for it to be replaced.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms were nice and as expected. The location is great, very close to a nice outdoor market, restaurants, and the metro. The arc de triomphe is also very close by.
