Great reception & near to metro statio

The reception is great, they are so kind to provide helping to me, however since the air condition is central control and it will set warm at May, therefore I need to open my window to keep the fresh & cool air at night. The hotel location is close to line 1 metro, so it is very convience for travel in Paris. Overall I recommend you stay here during your trip in Paris.

good choice to stay when in Paris

good location near metro argentine line1(2 mins),stop of shuttle air france(with heavy baggages 10mins),and l'arc de triumphe(5mins).single room small but clean and comfortable.hotel staffs(Denise,Nobb,and pretty italienne)very nice and helpful.supermarkets,fnac and bread stores around.good choice to stay when in Paris.

離1號地鐵站很近，也適合在巴黎參加旅行團到外地的旅客，因為離大部份旅行社的集合地點馬約門廣場站的會議中心步行只要五分鐘。 飯店內沒有提供洗衣設施，但後方街道有自助洗衣店。

Friendly Staff and good location

I stayed in a single room on ground floor which is facing the breakfast area. Accordingly, I could not open the curtain of the room for privacy reason. The room is very tiny but with reasonable price. This is fine as I was out most of the time and just need a place for shower and sleep. The staff are all so friendly and helping. They even allowed me to check in at 6:00am. The location is excellent with a supermarket and restaurents nearby. And, it is just few minutes walk to metro station. Overally I like this hotel and will stay there again.

excellent services and location

We lived here in Xmas in Paris, they offered us a top floor which is a slient and nice room! The staff was helpful and nice and the location was very good! excellent experience and we will tried again if we go to Paris again!

Great property and great staff! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The location of this property is in a quiet area and within walking distance to the Arc of Triomphe and the Metro. From the Acacias location me and my family were able to catch the Metro to the Louvre and Monmartre in a short amount of time and w/o difficulty (one train; no transfers). To the Eiffel Tower was a quick Uber ride. Just for reference, the rooms are similar to NYC rooms as far as size and the lift (elevator) is very small (one person and a roller bag at a time). However, I'm not demoting the Acacias for this; these are just details to be aware of. All-in-all, I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is located an easy walkable distance to the Arc de Triomphe and 2 Metro stations. There are dining options very nearby on Rue Acacias including two outdoor cafes. The hotel has a small bar and serves breakfast for an extra fee. We enjoyed this small local hotel for its convenient location, clean room, modern bathroom and very friendly and helpful staff.

The facility needs updating! The shower is dangerously small, so is the elevator, and doorways! I am 68 years old and I would never be able to stay there again as I grow a little older, even though I am fully functional. The soap dispensers in the shower don’t work and the television remote died. The front door to the hotel Broke down on my last day. I don’t know if they called an electrician, but it is an electric door! Nobody offered to help me push it open to get my luggage out for my Uber car pick up.

Great property to stay at in Paris. Walking distance to metro and l’arc de triomphe. Room was a nice size and had AC. But pack light elevator is quite small! Overall was a great place to stay.
