「Always enjoy staying at the Radisson, but this is the second time that I have had to ask for the bottle of wine that Expedia rewards Silver members with. This time I had to ask again after waiting 2 hours. It is almost as if they are trying not to allow it to guests. Had to walk down to reception twice to ask for assistance as the telephone line was permanently busy; surprisingly the reception was not busy when went down. Room for improvement on customer service.」

「clean，but old. The carpet seems new. Bathroom had been renovated. When I went into the roo，you could smell a old hotel odour. Price was not that expensive，overall I rated 65 out of 100.」

「I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.」

「住房體驗實在太棒了，利用ipad控制全室燈光、窗簾、室溫，達到了科技與舒適兼具的美妙平衡。房間隔音也相當不錯，以這個價位來說，值得！」

「Clean but there is a weird permanent stain on the toilet seat?! No fridge in the room. Was very comfortable and was in good condition otherwise. The service at the front desk was very good.」

「不要被大堂欺騙， 房間好舊，好舊，好舊！ 因退房時間為上午10時， 想遲少少退房要收 每小時 10鎊。 First time last time! 」
