「The staff were very very very friendly! They always provided necessary service and info timely. Also, the hotel location is good, it will not take much time on foot to reach Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and good restaurants. 「First of all! I'd like to thank the staff for helping out with the late check-in, the given instructions were very clear, the card key was exactly where they told me. All good. I did the check-in the next morning and the receptionist was very professional and kind, smiling at all times, by far the best customer service ever. The room was amazing, spacious, comfortable bed and such a convenient location. Thank you so much for the stay and a très bientôt 」
