「Great hotel, clean room, nice hot tub and pool area in the morning; afternoon it's being used as a drinking venue and daycare. Would definitely stay again.」

「The waterpark area smells horrible!!! There was a pungent smell of mold leading up to the waterpark. The bottom of the wall behind the siding by the hot tub was exposed showing lots of green and black mold. On top of that I busted my ankle on a piece broken hanging from under a bed and when I told them and showed them pictures they didn't care at all or even address it. 「Beautiful, modern, clean and well maintained! Staff is amazing and very attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious. Their continental breakfast is very good. Nice variety of hot and cold food options. 」

「This hotel was huge. It seemed really nice upon entering. I did not like how their doorman forced himself to help us when we first got there. We didn’t even get a second to ourselves to discuss what we wanted to take up to our room. But he insisted we couldn’t use their luggage cart without him because “residents take too long with the carts” aka they want you to be spending more money to tip them. This rubbed me the wrong way. 「Everything about this hotel was fantastic, except a couple of things. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t available for most of our stay which was disappointing. Also, the person working the cash register at the bistro was pretty rude when we corrected her on an order after she herself made two mistakes on it. Like we were inconveniencing her for her own mistake. Not the older woman. She was sweet! It was the younger woman. Christine or Christina I believe. Like, maybe quit if you hate your job so...
