「My overall stay was a bit disappointing. I paid a lot for the type of room I got, which was located at the very end of the property. They did not offer any on-site golf carts that can transport you two or from your room. All the restaurants were closed all the time except for Saturday only three restaurants were open. It was hard to even set a reservation. All dining was outside hot we even had a possum running into the steakhouse during dinner. I originally spoke to someone about having a...

「An amazing property with 4 awesome pools close to the beach. It was always clean and looking pristine as staff were constantly working on keeping it meticulous. The food was delicious and fresh, especially the sea food. Above it all, the staff were incredible. Everyone we came across always had a smile and went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked. The wife and I had a great time and next year I look forward to coming back with my kids. 「Overall, really good experience. Staff is great, especially drivers. Drivers made the stay delightful because they are super friendly, eager to take us sightseeing, and incredibly patient. Food at in-house restaurant is tasty! Outdoor pool could use more frequent cleaning. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and felt safe.」

「muy mala experiencia para el precio que se paga tuve una habitación con vista al mal de las mejores que tienen me tuvieron más de una hora fuera mi habitación porque el aire acondicionado no servía y estaba liqueando y mojó la cama tuvieron que cambiar el colchón y ropa de cama. tambien en dado momento tomando un baño en la regadera dejó de llegar agua por unos 3 minutos o más muy mal servicio la verdad no volvería a ese hotel」

「Having 3 queen beds in the same room is great for a family. Unfortunately the sheets were stained, the shower curtain was barely hanging on the rod. The toilet water was yellow as if someone had urinated. The worse part was the customer service when checking in. The man was rude and not welcoming. The reservation was for 6 people and only 3 towels were provided. Toiletries were not labeled, unable to use. The pool was clean and the grounds were kept up well. The rest of the staff were ok.」
