「Cuando llegamos, esa carpa estaba peor que una sauna. Si sabían que íbamos a llegar, podrían haber encendido el aire. Nos cobraron $55 por un arreglo romántico con pétalos falsos y una botella que costaba menos de $10. Además, nos cobraron $80 por un masaje que, honestamente, fue el peor de mi vida. Todo el piso de la habitación estaba levantado. El agua nunca salió caliente, estaba helada.」

「When we arrived the front desk told us that the Expedía credit card was rejected, blaming Expedía. I insisted that I the room was already paid. Also the service was poor, they made us wait long for breakfast. I think that to minimize cost management has changed, but for the worse. The building is nice but front desk and people managing are not well trained. 」

「This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL」

「This was my first hostel and was a great experience. The man at the front was very attentive, kind, and friendly to talk to (wish I got his name!!) I had such a great time in Santa Ana and this was such an amazing hostel to do it in. I loved the location, the people, the room, everything was amazing. I will definitely find myself back here!!
