Very nice medium sized hotel in a centralized area. There is a view to the beautiful pool as soon as you walk in the front entrance. Check in was relatively Quick with a very nice lady who is at the front desk by herself the room with the double beds have a work desk, a chest drawer, and a closet. Everything you need for a stay definitely recommend this place.

Great Hotel

The hotel and restaurant were great. Room was comfortable and spacious. Pool was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

This hotel was clean, accessible to dine in for all meals, the breakfast was included for the entire stay. The staff was very helpful, a guard was in the premises 24 hrs providing a safe environment. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and affordable place.

The staff was delightful, very freindly. The place was exceptionally clean. It is a bit worn down in some areas but still a good place to stay. The food was very good. Only thing I did not like was no mini fridge or microwaves in rooms.

The hotel is very run down. It needs major remodeling. They were very accommodating though. The first room they asigned us smelled terribly moldy and we asked to be moved. The hotel is ongoing some renovations so we were able to get a room that wasn't moldy. The staff tried their best to please us and the breakfast was very good. I would suggest the management to improve and definitely remodel the whole hotel as the tourism in El Salvador is booming.

It was a nice hotel, the inside was very relaxing. the pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was really good. Nice room but when we got inside the room it was hot and smelly. The A/C was off. The bath room was ok except the bath tub, it kind of dirty, it had some black stuff line rat poop. We just wiped out. The next day when room service came they left it clean but the on the third day it was full of the sane black stuff. I took pictures and meant to show them to receptionist but I forgot. Another one is the shower head. They need to changed it. Other than that, all employees were nice. One Advice, if you try to check in before the checking time you be ready to pay $25.00.
