「Amazing experience! Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach, and we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening. The food was absolutely delicious—especially the *langosta rellena*, which I highly recommend. Our room was cleaned daily and had a lovely patio where we spent a lot of time relaxing. 「I stayed at room #6. It's a little hot but there's a minisplit. The place could use some improvements and renovations but nothing major. If you are not picky then it's a great place. Specially the balcony. It has a small table, two chairs and a hammock. All overlooking the river and the trees. I couldn't believe how lucky i was for getting this room. The people were nice. And the location is great. Not too close to the noise, not too far from the beach. Walking distance to shop, restaurants,...

「It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me.
