The room was clean and comfortable with a nice sized refrigerator. The food was pretty good and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The views were the most amazing and we will definitely come back to stay!

Way too many mosquitoes in the room. Extremely hot. AC blows like a fan on speed 1, pushing hot air. Food takes an extremely long to come out even for the smallest dishes and drinks.

I have an allergy a red swollen eye I found a shrimp tail in my pork the pillows are rocks the room is nothing like the pictures the rail is rusted the staff is slow and unfriendly they are scarcaativ I waited almost 2 hours for two soups I asked for like they did not have I ordered a coconut they did not have I order three hamburgers they had no hamburger bread the pool was sort I have pics of all of this I left before my second day and demand my money back at least for the day I was not there

Staff was very friendly and room was clean parking attendant was particularly helpful and gave me the simple but wonderful experience of fresh mangos off their tree. Salvadoran hospitality at its finest.

I had such a great time at Casa Maya. Location was a bit of distance from the airport, but it was wort it. I had a room with ocean view and a balcony. Love the fact that it was quite and on the ocean. The only down fall, is the staff does not speak English and they are afraid to approach at the restaurant. Food wasn't so special. But the view was specular and the price was excellent.

It is very beautiful. The facilities need improvement, as people with mobility issues find it difficult to get around. It is not accessible for people in wheelchairs. The staff is very friendly.

The resort was nothinggggg like the pictures and tik toks, now i see why everybody who did reviews on tik tok only post the outside the pool and beach area. The towels are stained and dirty really bad, the water pressure is terrible and actually after we got there we went back to read reviews because we couldnt believe our eyes and seen a few reviews where people said the water pressure is extremely low, we booked for thursday through sunday and didnt even stay not one night. We went to the front to see about a refund but it was non refundable but we still decided to just take our loss and leave. It looks like a drug area. The only good thing is the view of the beach but other than that its terrible and i see why people stay because they dont give refunds and i know alot of people are able to just go buy a whole nother place to stay but it was so uncomfortable being there for that hour we was there and we kept going to the office for help but it wasnt anything they can do. I do not recommend at all, especially if you have children

The hotel is right on the beach with beach access. It’s a beautiful beach with a cool cove and not busy. Their outside hang out area has lots of seating including loungers, tables, and an upstairs restaurant that has a great view of the sunset. The staff was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.
