Very nice, safe & clean place to stay, great customer service, excellent food, perfect location, very friendly & super nice staff ! Love it! I will come back again!
This property was lovely. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs from the boardwalk up to the hotel, but they do have a ramp as well. It is walking distance to many places to eat, dine etc. Also they did not have a full body mirror, but other than that everything was great!
Exceptional service from start to finish! Pargo consistently delivers reliable, timely, and hassle-free deliveries. Their communication, efficiency, and customer care truly deserve five stars.
If it’s your first time visiting El Salvador I recommend staying here very touristy and safe everyone is friendly lots to do go to beach, explore and also very walkable I highly recommend pargos staff is very friendly and security is always there making sure it’s safe the restaurant is also very good food is delicious. I will definitely be coming back!! :)

We paid a lot more to stay here. The property was amazing w a small pool, a restaurant and bar
The rooms were large and clean. Water pressure really didn't exist but at least the trickle was hot.
The restaurant was decent but very expensive. 4 scallops were $18 but I enjoyed them so much I had them a second time. The expense of the food would normally indicate a high level of service but that wasn't true. It was difficult to find anyone even to check out. We spent a lot of money there and tipped over the typical.
When checking out I did find a staff member and asked her in Spanish what to do with the keys upon checking out. She confirmed that leaving them in the room was fine.
We left and walked down the long driveway to wait for our ride. The security guard came out after us and was saying that the maid said the hair dryer was broken and needed us to come back. I told the guard that we never used the hair dryer, which was true. I found it really odd that as soon as we walked out the door, the maid checked the hair dryer and accused me of breaking it. I wondered how many people had paid bfor that dryer. What a scam. Security guard was an attempt to intimidating us

Nice staff, room is very clean.
Be patient with the water, they do not get supply from the city.

Room is spotless, staff are the friendliest ever. The view and the location are really prime, you can't go wrong with Pargos. The restaurant has some of the best food in the city. When I go back to El Salvador, I'm definitely staying at Pargos again.
Only complaint. Water pressure in the toilet was low

This isn’t a hotel. It’s a Restaraunt/event space that has a few rooms. Guest services are non-existent. I never saw anyone at the “front desk” during the five days I was here. Was unable to get any issues with my room (there were several) fixed. Any staff I did see (mostly security) don’t speak English and didn’t seem to be able to follow my limited Spanish. Check in/check out was a challenge. The pool is nice but they sell day passes to anyone so it’s pretty busy/loud with partiers. Only four lounge chairs so get there early. One night there was a wedding next to my room. Unbelievably loud. Honestly, for the price I recommend staying at a proper hotel or resort. There are many in the area. Would not recommend this place.
The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The fridge wasn't working. There was a whole wedding happening just outside my patio. I didn't feel like I had any privacy.
Muy bonito lugar, desafortunadamente las paredes parecen estar huecas, todo ruido se puede escuchar viniendo de afuera hacia adentro, especialmente en la mañana.
