「Room was clean, water was hot. The staff was extremely helpful, and we had a very nice visit with the managing owners. They were gracious to tell us about the area and the history of their resort like grounds. I would highly recommend a stay here, the bonus is a horseback ride through the coffee farm, and a tour of the exotic animals in their rehabilitation area. 「Staff was very friendly and informative! Any questions we had they were prompt to help us and get us situated. The room (although facing the forest) was absolutely stunning. I did have to ask maintenance about the heater and in the morning there was a snafu where there was no hot water, but could not complain because the area, the view, the staff were all amazing.」

「Great hotel! Service was amazing. Clean rooms. Lovely decorations. Only concern is that second and third floor rooms aren’t accessible for everyone. You have to go through 3 sets of stairs to get to the third floor plus carry your belongings. Other than that this was a comfortable stay. 8/10 (only because of the accessibility). 」
