「Great staff, room was perfect. Air conditioning works perfectly fine, which was great because it was really hot that day. We ran out of water in the shower, but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. We had complementary breakfast but since we were going to leave to the airport around 3am, they gave us free lunch. 」

「We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities.
