「This is one of the best five star hotels in all El Salvador. I went for my anniversary and the staff made sure we tried special and offered arrangements and a dessert. The location is beautiful beautiful! Everything about this place is perfect! I would go again. The food at NAMMU is also delicious. Staff was attentive and helpful. 」

「Room was very clean and confortable, just as advertised. Bathroom did have some drainage smell. The whole building is in need of some major maintenance, work is in progress already. Overall, it was great!」

「Staff super friendly, I don’t speak much Spanish, and they find a way to help me always. Food was delicious, nice view and away from the tourist chaos, can really enjoy yourself. Alexandra the girl serve went above and beyond and really sweet 」

「This is not a fancy Hotel, it’s more like an old beach front hotel back in the states, but the staff is amazing.i was there in April 2025 and I got so sick with travelers diarrhea and the Hotel manager was so nice and took me to a local hospital. He was genuinely worried about me.thank you staff and hospital staff for giving the best care. Will and plan to go back soon.」
