「Nice central location, near plenty of fast food spots and shopping including Walmart steps away. Takeaway to this location is that that rooms are very dated. My bathroom was not great, the water in the tub backed up and the tiles were not done still has the white residue of construction, the shower was strong and pretty good though furniture were also dated. Beds were fine view of pool was nice. Short stay so the stay was just fine. Employees were all lovely and helpful the breakfast was nice,...

「The restaurant service was slow. Also we wanted to hike to the volcanoes but they just made a rule that we must hire a tour guide and stick to their schedule. For this reason we are never coming back, and that sucks because the place is amazing」

「This hotel was so charming, cozy, and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly friendly and views of the volcanoes were amazing. As a bonus, there were two friendly cats who could always be found snoozing around the property.」

「The pool was dirty, the hotel didn’t resemble what I saw online. Everything was old. I would not be staying at this location again. Very disappointed. I paid for a bigger room with more beds and was charge more when I got the property. Not a good a experience. The last night I was there there was a group of people doing karaoke, it was super loud and it when on till 11pm, took a while to get some rest.」

「My best friend and I came here for a girls’ getaway. The views and property are absolutely beautiful, but the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency. After an international flight and a two-hour drive, we had no cell service when we checked in. We were asked to sign a document that we couldn’t translate because our phones weren’t working. We were told it only covered the $40 deposit and Wi-Fi. Later, we discovered it also disclosed there was no hot...

「I am traveling w my daughters and came across this amazing boutique hotel .. it’s located within a few blocks of the downtown square with shopping and quaint restaurants.. we loved it so much.. the atmosphere and people were amazing.. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.. we had breakfast each morning on the outside patio and it was excellent.. so grateful for our stay .. highly recommended this place!!」
