「The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」

「It is clean ,and special style,but noisy even it was 11:30pm,people there keeping screaming ,laughing and yelling.we stayed two nights with my two children.not recommended」

「My wife and i would definitely stay at the Lorenzo again , staff was professional, room was clean , close walking distance to many downtown areas within 20 to 30 minutes if your into walking, Southside Ballroom close enough to walk to for concerts 」
