「Had $35 per day extra charges for amenities ($30) and WiFi ($5). Booking on Expedia site did not mention any of that. Expedia listed free WiFi and no mention of extra charges for basic hotel amenities. Zaza Hotel front desk blamed Expedia for “not getting the information right from our website”. Then “Sorry” and no offering of any compensation. However I did get a 2pm late check out at no extra charge that I appreciated. Would take a lot of time and energy to get the refunded, if even...

「Cute spot. Had a hard time getting checked in and we were only given 2 towels total for a two bed two bath apt for 3 nights so feels like this is best for 1 night or 2 night. Still would recommend for convenience etc!」

Love the modern touches and the beds were sooo comfortable! Beware lots of stairs lol but it wasn’t bad you definitely get a good cardio in staying there but overall I would recommend and stay here again !」
